Shipping Policy

Shipping applies to continental United States only.

We make every attempt to have the items you need when you order them. We will consolidate all items ordered for a single address into a single shipment however, there are times when we may not have an item in stock.  When this occurs, available item(s) can be shipped immediately and back-ordered items will ship as they become available or, you can ask us to wait to ship until all items are available and can ship at one time. In either case, the customer accepts responsibility for all shipping costs that are incurred.

Backordered items ship ground or standard service.

We will make every attempt to ship your order within 24 hrs. on orders received by 4:00PM EST.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our primary goal.  All products have a 30 Day, 100% Guarantee.  If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of the products you have purchased, you may return the unused portion of a product for a full refund less shipping.

To qualify you must notify us of the return of your item(s) within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Return/Exchange Instructions

Notify of us of your return via e-mail using our contact form.

Use a trackable and or insured shipping method as we can not be responsible for lost return shipments.  Be sure to retain a copy of the invoice for your records.  For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Return shipping fees are not refundable.

Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival and all exchanges will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Returns will be processed within five business days of receipt and a credit will be issued in the original form of payment

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us here.

Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
